I shall not ride in a car or travel alone with someone of the opposite sex
I shall not eat in a restaurant alone with a member of the opposite sex
I shall not meet with a member of the opposite sex behind closed doors
I shall not share the details of my marriage with others (especially my family)
I shall not watch, read, or expose myself to sexually explicit shows, books, websites, etc…
I shall always remember the devastating repercussions of adultery
