Cease Negativity

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

Such a large crowd of witnesses is all around us! So we must get rid of everything that slows us down, especially the sin that just won’t let go. Embrace The Wait

Psalm 27:14 ESV
Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD!

Psalms 25:5 HCSB
Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; I wait for You all day long.

God is both in control of the length or amount of time, and he is in control of each and every moment, even the exact moment or the right moment for everything!

Negativity undermines our hope, our joy, and our purpose. Negativity causes us to give up, step down, and tap out.

Satan wants nothing more than to convince you that this is it! God missed his chance, this is the end! But we know that:

The ark landed on dry ground
The red sea parted
The walls of Jericho fell
The giant toppled over
The whale threw up
The lions weren’t hungry
And Jesus showed up!

You’ve got to ask

“How is this making me stronger?”
“Where is God wanting me to grow?”
“What is God trying to teach me?”

You will see your patience develop and grow if you Cease negativity, Believe God’s got more, and Embrace the wait. But patience will always be out of reach if we become negative, think this is it, or waste the wait!
