Velocity

God has granted us unbelievable growth over the past 4 years (an average of 18.5%). Last year at this time we announced the MOMENTUM Project and we shared with you that when our speed (velocity) and our growth (mass) work together we can reach unstoppable momentum! We talked about the needs we had from a facility standpoint, the ability to continue to grow, but even more than that, we shared how we will create space that will work towards our vision of being an effective and influential church.
But, as churches grow larger, and facilities get bigger there is a tendency for ministry to slow down; For the church to get bogged down in things that diffuse their momentum. So, how do we maintain and even increase our velocity as we grow?
