The wise receive instruction and learn from experience! #TheWayOfWisdom
Becoming Wise Starts With a Choice
We were so pumped to see two people make the best choice of their lives yesterday, as they made the choice to follow Jesus! And together we were all challenged with several questions from the book of Proverbs as we kicked off The Way Of Wisdom.
Do you want to be wise? Do you want to know how to develop a disciplined and successful life? Do you want to be able to have insight in difficult situations, knowledge of things you don’t know about, and incredible discernment when difficult decisions come your way? Then read, apply, and live the book of Proverbs!

Kids Zone: Take It Home With You!
What We Learned:
Joseph was his daddy’s favorite–but his jealous older brothers sold him into slavery, and convinced his father he was dead! Even in this horrible situation God was with Joseph and took care of him. Find out what happened to him by reading Genesis 39 in your Bible!
In The Car:
Tell your kids about a time where something bad happened to you for no reason, but God took care of you! Tell them if you felt afraid or alone, and how God showed you he was there to take care of you no matter what!
At Bedtime:
Pray with your kids thanking God for always taking care of us. Pray that you would remember to thank God in the good times, and to rely on him when things get rough. Thank him for always being there, and ask him to show you that he is there and in control even when you are struggling with something hard.
Weekly Challenge:
God Takes Care of Us in Good Times and Bad! This week kids are challenged to rely on God even when life gets hard. We can talk to God and share our fears and struggles with him. We can ask him for help! He may send a person to help us work through our problems like a parent or teacher or he may work out the problem for you. How is God working in your life?
