Swagger

You know it when you see it, although it’s incredibly hard to define.

It’s something about their walk, talk, and behavior, especially when things are hard. It’s not false pride or bravado, there’s a genuineness to it, something that draws you in. You immediately think that you can respect the person and that they know what they are talking about. It’s the ability to be comfortable in your own skin, to be okay with who you are, and a confidence in what you can do coupled with an acknowledgement of what you can’t do. It’s the perfect God-given balance between arrogance and fearfulness. #DoYouHaveSwagger?
