When life isn’t fair we need to become persistent, resilient, and audacious!

Luke 18:1-5 NIV
Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought.
And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’ “For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice,
so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’”

Persistent in prayer.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-17 NLT
Always be joyful. Never stop praying.

Resilient in attitude.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 CEV
We often suffer, but we are never crushed. Even when we don’t know what to do, we never give up. 9 In times of trouble, God is with us, and when we are knocked down, we get up again.

Audacious in faith.

Hebrews 11:1 NET
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, being convinced of what we do not see.

Luke 18:6-8 NLT
Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge. Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly!
But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”

Ephesians 3:20-21 NIV
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
