Why Am I Here?
We all have good days and bad days. But I’ve noticed that many of people are truly unhappy where they are. They go through each day upset over what seems to be nothing at all. They have produced in themselves a daily ritual of being mad. Drudging through, day after day, mumbling and grumbling about every little thing as if there were nothing good in their lives.
Friends I know it’s not always easy, it’s not supposed to be. But keep in mind an eternal perspective. You can’t go through life being mad at everybody, including God. Did God put you where you are to punish you? You may think so, but the reality is God uses His people wisely.
God sends His best people to the worst places. He always has and always will. It does no good to get mad and over react everytime something doesn’t go your way. I would be more worried if everything in my life were too easy, to me that would mean I’m no longer a threat to the enemy, and of no use to God.
Remember David, he was sent into Saul’s presence and look what happened…Saul tried several times to kill him. Moses-was sent back to his homeland where his bestfriend/brother pharoah put him down over and over again and would not listen to him. Jonah, Titus, I could go on and on…Jesus, sent from heaven to the worst place of all to carry out the Father’s will.
I’m asking you now…How long are you going to be on the receptive side of God’s blessings? When will someone else thank God for sending you to bless them? When will you quit being mad about your situation and see that God put you there to change it!
If you know where you come from then you should know God can use you where you are. That is precisely why He put you there. Be an overcomer!
Be the Blessing!
