God promises that all humanity has the opportunity to receive Him! #fcQuestions

butwhatabout_sm58

Who is God wanting to send you to?

Think about your neighbors, your family members, maybe even your closest friends. Think about that mom who is struggling in the check-out line with her 3 kids, or that co-worker who always seems to sit at lunch by themselves. This week, as you live out your week, make the commitment to share Christ.

The 5:

A recap of Dave Crandall’s Message,
“What about the people who’ve never even heard of Jesus?”
in 5 points or less.

  1. God loves everyone.
  2. God desires all men to be saved.
  3. God is merciful. All men are sinners and deserve judgement, but all men have equal opportunity to see God.
  4. God judges people as individuals.
  5. God has a plan.

What We Learned:

When the Israelites weren’t obeying God they were defeated. They had to get rid of their idols and refocus their hearts on God and God alone. When they followed God, he gave them victory over their enemies! Read more about what we learned in 1 Samuel 4:1-11 and 1 Samuel 7: 2-13.

In The Car:

Tell your kids about a time when you tried to handle things on your own without God. How did it go? What have you learned about having victory even in the middle of chaos when you follow God and trust him with your whole heart?

At Bedtime:

Pray with your kids thanking God for being patient with us, and helping us to focus our whole life on him. Pray that he would help us to put him first in every way!

Weekly Challenge:

Victory Starts With Us Obeying God!
Kids are challenged to focus on glorifying God with their whole life. This means putting God first, by giving him the first of our effort and time. Kids are challenged to pray daily and read a little bit of the bible. By focusing on God first, we are showing him that our priorities are in order!
