Proverbs 16

4 ~The LORD works out everything for his own ends—even the wicked for a day of disaster.

Most of us work so hard in making plans. We don’t want to be caught without one, or any. It may make us appear lazy or worse yet as if we were not smart enough to “plan ahead”. But the Lord works everything out for his self according to His plan, not ours.

25 ~There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.

On our own we make plans. Plans to be successful. Plans to gain power. Plans to get everything we want. But unless our plans line up with His plan It Will Fail! Apart from God we can do nothing.

3 ~Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.
