Our Struggles

Each day we work through issues that affect not only us, but others around us.  Because of our personalities we all struggle with different things.  In some areas we have no problem, while in another area it seems like we just can’t get victory no matter what we do.  But look at what the Bible has to say about the help that is available…

In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. – Romans 8:25-28

We are told that in the areas of weakness the Spirit of God is praying for us.  So, as you go about your day today, realize that the Spirit of God is cheering you on, he is working inside your heart, and he is giving you the strength to have victory, even in the area that you are weakest in.
