Live Like an Heir

“But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.”
[Galatians 4:4-7, ESV]

Too many times we go through life as Christians with this powerless, stale, no fuel-to-the-fire kind of style. But if we truly are no longer slaves but instead heirs, shouldn’t we live to fullest extent of an heir? Why go through the same old routine of life when you could be out there living in the fullness of God?

This week, I challenge you to wake and live life to the fullest, just as the heirs you are.
