Keep it It’s Yours!

The Bible says that God is always doing something new. He wants to do something new in your life. He wants to make a way through the wilderness of your sin and give refreshing water to the dryness of your life. Something new is always exciting.

Keep your head above the rising tide. Don’t let the fleeting problems of today steal the joy Christ has given you. It is yours to do with as you choose. You can keep it or give it away, but never let it be stolen, even by loved ones with good intentions.

Make sure your attitude is in check, stay happy, stay humble. Remember if you are in a position of leadership in your job you are held to a higher standard. It is your responsibility to deal with each person equally.

Correcting one person with constructive criticism with a loving attitude is ideal. Getting upset with everyone and all those around you is not, nor is it an attitude of humility and professionalism. Whether it’s because you have had a bad day or perhaps your team or co-workers aren’t living up to your expectations, no matter what, you choose to keep your joy.

No one can take from you what God freely gives.
