- Every decision you’ve ever made in your life, without exception, can be traced back to what you valued most at the time!
- To find what you are most passionate about, the first question you have to ask is what do you value most?
- Passionately pursuing God first aligns all of the rest of our life to receive all of the rest and the best of God’s blessings.
- We’ve been called to be most passionate about God because of all that He has done and all that He has planned for us!
- When we pursue God above all else then he adds to our lives all the rest, he fills us beyond our ability to contain it, he blesses us beyond our ability to measure it.

Kids Zone: Take It Home With You!
What We Learned:
Without oxygen a fire goes out, and if we don’t fuel our passion for Jesus our love and excitement for following him will also grow dim. We need to fuel our passion for Jesus by reading our Bible, sharing our story, praying daily, and helping others keep their fires fueled!
In The Car:
Talk about a time where you felt burned out, like it wasn’t exciting to follow God anymore. How did you get your fire going again? Did you join a small group, start a new Bible study, or just start talking to God on a regular basis? Take turns going around the car telling what gets you excited about following Jesus!
At Bedtime:
Pray with your kids, thanking God for always being there for us! Thank him for being a God who is big enough for us to ask for help. If we feel distant, or like our passion or excitement for following him is going out, we can ask him for help to fuel our passion for Jesus!
Weekly Challenge:
Fuel Your Passion for Jesus!
Whether you need to add some fuel, blow on those coals, or start your fire from scratch, get your fire for Jesus some fuel this week! Challenge yourself to read your Bible, pray at least one time everyday, and get your fire for Jesus fueled up!
