Helpmate?

¹⁸ The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

Today I’d like to write to the ladies who read this. And guess what ladies the helper God is speaking of is YOU!

You may not like hearing this but you were created to help your husband. This doesn’t mean that you and your feeling aren’t relevant but what it does mean is that no one can come along side you husband and help him the way you can. It does mean that you are suppose to set aside part of yourself in order to make helping your husband a priority. Please keep in mind as your read this I did not come up with it. This from the Bible-God’s conversation to us to make our lives better.

So are you a “helpmate” a “hurtmate” or a “controlmate“. You know what kind of wife you are better than anyone else but if for some reason you have doubts, schedule a datenight with your husband and ask him how your doing in this area.
