Hebrews 9:14

Hebrews 9:4  How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!

God offered himself as a living sacrifice so that we have a chance to be cleansed from all the junk in our past and in our present.  After we have proclaimed Jesus Lord of Life we have to stop playing around and living life for ourselves.  We are now His child, a living a holy testament to everyone around us.  So many believers walk around like they are still wondering the wilderness or desert:  lost, confused, lacking ambition, serving only themselves.

Stop the selfishness!  Stop whollaring in your sins and your problems.  Stop whining and telling everyone your life has fallen apart.  Realize what you have as a child of God and start living to represent the God of the Holy Bible.  Start serving sacrificially in your church, start holding yourselves and those around you accountable for decisions.  Realize that as Christ as your Savior your life is full and abundant no matter what lies Satan might want you to believe.

Finish your race purified and in the Promise Land!
