Frenemies!

A few years ago I heard someone say, “Oh, she’s my ‘frenemy’.”  I chuckled at first, but later I got thinking about it and realized that it was a pretty sad thing!  To have such a volatile relationship with someone that you consider a close friend must be extremely exhausting and overwhelming.

God tells us to choose our friends wisely because they have a tremendous impact upon our potential.  Yesterday, after I got done talking about how to choose wise friends, one of our regular attenders came up to me and shared one of his favorite quotes.  “Show me who your friends are and I’ll show you your future.” – great quote!
